1. SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders. Your package will typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days .
Shipping is from Germany via DHL GoGreen. As soon as your order is in the mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number via email.
We currently only ship within Germany, but we're already planning to ship internationally. If you don't live in Germany and still have a special request, please feel free to contact us: info@wwl-vintage.com .

2. RETURN
From the day of delivery to you or another authorized recipient, you have 14 days to return your order via DHL to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and due to our return address, these can only be processed via DHL (Deutsche Post). We also recommend choosing a secure shipping method with tracking , as we are not liable for any damage caused by lost goods.
Once we receive and process the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount within 3 business days via the original payment method. Depending on the provider, it may take several more days for the amount to be credited to your account.
