SHIPMENT

Free shipping on all orders. Your package will usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days .

Shipping is from Germany via DHL GoGreen . As soon as your order is in the mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number via email.

We currently only ship within Germany, but we're already planning to ship abroad. If you don't live in Germany and still have a special request, please feel free to contact us.

RETURN

From the day of delivery to you or another authorized recipient, you have 14 days to return your order via DHL to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and due to our return address, you can only ship via DHL (Deutsche Post). We also recommend choosing a secure shipping method with tracking , as we are not liable for any damage caused in the event of loss of the goods.

Once we receive and process the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount via the original payment method within 3 business days . Depending on the provider, it may take several more days for the amount to be credited to your account.
