Wir verschicken nur innerhalb Deutschlands, ausschließlich versichert und mit Sendungsverfolgung. Deine Bestellung wird innerhalb von 24h bearbeitet und anschließend mit DHL versendet. Sobald sie unterwegs ist, erhältst du eine Versandbestätigung mit Sendungsnummer per E-Mail. Ab 75€ Bestellwert ist der Versand für dich kostenfrei.

Unser Versandmaterial besteht aus recyclebarem Papier und ist vollständig plastikfrei.

2. RETURN

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and due to our return address, these can only be processed via DHL (Deutsche Post). We also recommend choosing a secure shipping method with tracking , as we are not liable for any damage caused by lost goods.

Once we receive and process the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount within 3 business days via the original payment method. Depending on the provider, it may take several more days for the amount to be credited to your account.
